Important: We are a private, third-party processing agency. We are not affiliated with the Government of Curaçao or any official immigration authority. You may be able to apply for the DI Card through official government channels; we provide a paid assistance service for convenience and support.

2. Services Provided

We assist travelers in completing their Curaçao Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) by: reviewing your data, formatting it correctly for the authorities, and submitting it on your behalf. 3. Fees and Payments

Current pricing (per traveler) is displayed on the homepage: Standard ($49.99), Fast ($69.99), and Ultra Premium ($99.99). The total amount may depend on the number of travelers and the option selected. By submitting your application, you authorize us to process your payment for these services. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Once an application has been submitted to the authorities on your behalf, our service is deemed delivered and the service fee is generally non-refundable. 5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for rejected applications due to incorrect data (e.g. wrong passport number, dates, or identity details) that you provided. We will assist with corrections where possible in line with our service level.

6. Privacy

Your personal and passport data are used solely for processing your DI Card and as described in our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) and do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made by immigration authorities (e.g. rejection or delay) that are outside our control.
