We stand behind our service. If your Curacao DI Card (DI Card) application is rejected by Curacao authorities after we've completed the processing, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
Our service has a approval rate based on proper document submission. Rejections are rare and typically occur only due to:

Processing time: 4 hours or less
Refund Coverage: Full refund of entire amount ($69.99) if application is rejected

Refund Coverage: Full refund of entire amount ($99.99) if application is rejected
Includes: Immediate processing, 24/7 dedicated support, white-glove document verification, re-submission guarantee

Obtain the official rejection email or document from Curacao Immigration authorities that clearly states your application was rejected.

Total timeline: 8-13 business days from submission to funds in your account. Please note that your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to process the incoming funds.
Credit Card / Debit Card: Refund will be credited back to your card within 5-7 business days.
Digital Wallets (PayPal, Stripe): Refund will be processed to your wallet account within 3-5 business days.
Bank Transfer: If you used bank transfer, we will send a wire transfer refund within 7-10 business days.
*Bank processing times vary by financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank.
If your application is rejected due to a correctable error and you want to re-submit with corrected information, we offer a 50% discount on re-submission fees. You will pay only half the original service fee for the new application.
If Curacao's government changes the entry requirements or stops accepting DI Card applications, full refunds will be issued automatically to all affected customers within 14 days.
If your application is lost or not submitted due to our technical failure, we will reprocess it at no cost or issue a full refund at your choice.
